Yoga at Southwest

New for 2018!

We are excited to announce the addition of yoga classes at Southwest Swim Club.  Member Megan Moore of Kamala Yoga (email: will be teaching two classes weekly.  The class is all-level yoga flow “designed to invigorate, nurture, and restore using movement paired with breath.”  No experience necessary.  All levels and bodies welcome.

Class Schedule:

Tuesdays & Thursdays from June 5 to August 9
11:00am to 11:50am
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

Cost is $5 each (members too) or $40 for a 10-class pass.  Payment is arranged with Megan directly.
(Members may bring guests to yoga class, but guests must use a guest pass for entry at the pool in addition to the cost for yoga.)
