The Southwest Stingrays Swim Team participates in the Show-Me Conference, a city-wide summer swim league that has existed in Columbia since the 1960s.

2025 SWIM TEAM PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Morning Practices: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday*, Thursday, Friday
- 8-9am: 11 & over
- 9-10am: 10 & under
- *Wednesday 9-10am: Both age groups on meet weeks (meet prep)
Afternoon Practices: Tuesday and Thursday (members only)
- 4-4:45pm: 10 and under
- 4:45-5:30pm: 11 and over
